Within the first 60 seconds of the film, it states who the giants are and it's the giants of industry and business, the capitalists and wealthy. It's most of the same tricks we have been seeing, by Jack the Giant Slayer decides to take on the very reason why this country was founded as well, and in addition to adding a new myth to socialism, it seeks to re-write history, because that is what socialism always has to do. I am working on that review tonight (after the Mass for the Holy Father this evening) and will have it up tomorrow; in the meantime, out on video this week is The Master, Silent Hill Revelation (which I liked as I found it to be a very pro-Christian film, but not on the surface necessarily), Chasing Mavericks with Gerard Butler and Red Dawn with Chris Hemsworth is due out next Tuesday from what I understand.
Set for release in August, The Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones looks really good:
